Our Story

TypingBird was founded by two passionate souls. One is fast-paced, and another is a deep thinker.

We had been friends since school, bonding over our shared passion for online gaming. Years later, our friendship remained strong despite different career paths, fueled by our love for virtual adventures.

We’d team up, strategizing and communicating through phone calls.

We’d often joke about each other’s “silly” mistakes and tease each other about our “try-hard” gameplay.

Beyond gaming, we supported each other through life’s ups and downs. When one of us faced job stress, the other offered words of encouragement. When the other went through a breakup, we listened and offered advice.

One evening, while recollecting about our favorite childhood games, we stumbled upon an idea. “Why not create a typing game website?” we exclaimed. Our eyes lit up. “That’s genius!”

That’s how “Typingbird.com” was born.

We set out to create the most interesting collections of typing games in the world.

We took one full year to develop our exclusive typing content such as games, lessons, and test tool.

Learning to touch type means reaching a level where typing is automatic. That means a lot of practice. During such practice, there is a huge chance the lessons might become bored in the course of time.

That’s why we want to change the way education is delivered and add fun elements while they do the learning.
